Man kills two sons, dies by suicide at Thorrur in Mahabubabad
A man allegedly killed his two minor sons and died by suicide by hanging in Thorrur of Mahabubabad district. Police shifted the bodies for post-mortem and registered a case. The reason behind the incident is yet to be known.
Mahabubabad: A man allegedly killed his two minor sons by hanging them from a neem tree and ended his life by hanging himself from the same tree at Thorrur mandal headquarters in the district.
The locals who spotted the three bodies hanging from the tree in a farm field near Thorrur Agriculture Market on Tuesday informed the police. The local CI Ganesh, SI Upender and staff rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies to a government hospital for post-mortem.
The deceased, Kinnera Gumshavali (35), hailed from Amapuram village in the mandal. His sons, Vilas and Vikesh, were aged five and three years respectively. The reasons for the man’s extreme step were not known. Police have booked a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
