Man rescued after suicide attempt over family dispute in Narsingi
A man identified as Mohd Wajeed was rescued by relatives after he attempted suicide at his Narsingi home on Wednesday, reportedly after a video call with his wife. He was shifted to Osmania General Hospital in critical condition. Police suspect family issues.
Hyderabad: A man, who attempted suicide allegedly over family dispute at his home in Narsingi on Wednesday, was rescued safely.
The man identified as Mohd Wajeed had attempted suicide after reportedly calling his wife over video and hanging himself from a ceiling fan.
His wife immediately alerted her family members, who rushed to the house, broke open the door, and rescued Wajeed. He was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital in critical condition.
The Narsingi police are investigating. They suspect that family disputes led to the suicide attempt.
