Man sets himself ablaze after tiff with wife in Secunderabad’s Patny

Hyderabad: A man set himself ablaze at a store in Secunderabad after a tiff with his wife over family issues late on Sunday.

Even as people were watching, Shravan took out a bottle of fuel and doused himself with it. He then lit a matchstick and set himself on fire.

The security personnel at the store managed to douse the fire and shifted him to Gandhi Hospital for treatment. The police team visited the spot and conducted an inquiry.

A case was registered. It is said that Shravan was having some issues with his wife, and the couple often quarrelled.
