Mancherial: A 65-year old man died of heart attack after allegedly getting vaccinated against Covid-19 at Mancherial district hospital on Monday.
Dr Fayaz Khan, district immunization officer said the elderly man died because of heart stroke, and not because of the vaccine. Pulmonologists confirmed that he died of cardiac arrest.
A detailed report, however, would be prepared within two days, that would go into the factors that led to his death. The deceased belonged to Dubbapalli village in Mandamarri mandal, he stated.
The person was vaccinated against coronavirus at 10.30 am. His family members alleged that he died of the vaccination.
