Hyderabad: BRS spokesperson Manne Krishank on Thursday challenged Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to a debate on the alleged links between Medicover Hospitals, Maxbien Pharma and MindVault Corporate Schools. He cited the shareholdings of three individuals across the three organisations and their alleged close associations with Revanth Reddy.

Responding to Revanth Reddy’s remarks challenging him to produce evidence that the Chief Minister owned the companies, Krishank said he had presented three pieces of evidence.

Krishank said Dumpa Sirisha Reddy held 46,46,596 shares in Medicover, 37 lakh shares in Maxbien Pharma and 1,97,500 shares in MindVault. Brahmananda Reddy held 28,78,192 shares in Medicover and 65,834 shares in MindVault, while Annam Sharath Reddy held 5,08,808 shares in Medicover and 1,08,000 shares in Maxbien Pharma, he said. According to Krishank, all three individuals are directors in all three organisations.

He alleged that Maxbien Pharma was linked to the Chief Minister’s son-in-law, Goluguri Satyanarayana Reddy, and that MindVault was associated with his daughter, Nymisha Reddy.

“The link is clear, Revanth Reddy garu. You have successfully made black money into white by selling Medicover Hospital for Rs 13,200 crore,” Krishank said, demanding an explanation over the alleged connections.

He challenged Revanth Reddy to order a CBI probe or distribute the amount among farmers.
