Maoist pamphlets surface in Mulugu ahead of foundation week
Maoist pamphlets appeared in Mulugu district, urging people to mark CPI (Maoist)’s 21st Foundation Week from September 21–27. The central committee called for mass mobilisation, protection of its armed wing PLGA, and resilience against “Operation Kagar.”

Mulugu: Maoists pamphlets have appeared in Venkatapuram mandal in the district on Saturday appealing to the people to celebrate CPI (Maoist) 21st Foundation Week celebrations
The pamphlets were found on the outskirts of Patrapuram-Tekula Boru villages on Bhadrachalam-Venkatapuram State highway. The Maoist Central Committee asked the public to organise celebrations from September 21 to 27 with revolutionary spirit across the country.
The Central Committee stressed on the need of protecting the party, PLGA and building a strong movement to mobilise the masses on a broader level for the war to defeat ‘Operation Kagar. It also wanted the party invulnerable to the enemy by increasing its capabilities and overcoming the losses it suffered.
