Visakhapatnam: Police had a lucky escape when Maoists attacked them, blasting a landmine in the Andhra-Orissa Border area on Monday.

The incident occurred in Injari forest region near Pedabayalu of Visakhapatnam district.
Maoists had been blasting a series of landmines after a lapse of two months even while police continued combing operations in AOB.
