Mass IAS transfers in Telangana, IT Secretary shifted to Panchayat Raj; E Sridhar gets Irrigation
The Telangana government has carried out a large-scale reshuffle of the IAS cadre, transferring 45 senior officials across various departments. Key changes include Sanjay Kumar moving to Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, N Sridhar taking charge of ITE&C and Industries,
Hyderabad: In yet another mass IAS shuffle in the State, as many as 45 senior IAS officials were shifted from their current postings and transferred to other departments.
Industries and ITE &C Special Chief Secretary Sanjay Kumar was transferred and posted as Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Special Chief Secretary. N Sridhar is the new Principal Secretary, ITE&C Department and Industries & Commerce Department. He will continue to hold the Full Additional Charge (FAC) of the post of Principal Secretary, Mines & Geology.
E Sridhar was posted as Secretary, Irrigation and CAD Department in place of Rahul Bojja, who was posted as Principal Secretary (Political), General Administration Department, relieving Sridhar from FAC of the said post. Bojja was also placed in FAC of the post of Principal Secretary, BC Welfare Department.
TGSPSCL Chairman and Managing Director Musharraf Ali Faruqui was transferred and posted as Chairman & Managing Director, Third DISCoM (New). Jitesh V. Patil, Collector & District Magistrate, Bhadradri Kothagudem was transferred and posted as Chairman & Managing Director, TGSPDCL.
Sabyasachi Ghosh, Special Chief Secretary, Implementation of Flagship Welfare & Developmental Schemes Unit I was re-designated as Special Chief Secretary, Implementation of Flagship Welfare & Developmental Schemes Unit and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
M Dana Kishore, Special Chief Secretary, LET&F Department was placed in FAC of the post of Special Chief Secretary Disaster Management, Revenue Department as Arvind Kumar was transferred.
Gaurav Uppal, Secretary to Government, Coordination (GoI Projects & CSS) in Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi was transferred and posted as Secretary, Finance & Planning Department & EO DG, TGRAC duly relieving Sandeep Kumar Sultania from FAC of the post of Principal Secretary, Planning & EO DG, TGRAC. Uppal was also placed in FAC in the post of Managing Director, Telangana Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation (TGMSIDC) in place of G Phaneendra Reddy.
B Vijiendra, Collector & District Magistrate, Mahabubnagar was transferred and posted as Secretary, Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TGSWREIS) and Commissioner, Scheduled Castes Development(SC Development) duly relieving Krishna Aditya S, and Sabyasachi Ghosh from FAC of the said posts.
D Divya, CEO, SERP was placed in FAC of the post of State Nodal Officer, Prajavani as P Katyayani Devi was transferred.
Adwait Kumar Singh, Collector & District Magistrate, Mahabubabad was transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Coordination (GoI Projects & CSS) in Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi.
M Hanumantha Rao, Collector & District Magistrate, Yadadri Bhongir was transferred and posted as Director, Endowments duly relieving S Harish from FAC of the said post. Hanumantha Rao was also placed in FAC in the post of Special Officer, Godavari Pushkaralu.
Sikta Patnaik, Collector & District Magistrate, Narayanpet was transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Finance Department.
Sandeep Kumar Jha, Zonal Commissioner, GHMC, Qutbullapur was transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Jangaon in place of Rizwanbasha Shaik.
Pamela Satpathy, Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar was transferred and posted as Special Commissioner, Labour relieving Dana Kishore from FAC of the post.
Anuraag Jayanti, Zonal Commissioner, GHMC, Rajendranagar was transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Yadadri Bhongir in place of Hanumantha Rao.
Rahul Raj P.S., Collector & District Magistrate, Medak was transferred and posted as Special Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies relieving K Surendra Mohan from FAC of the post. Bhavesh Mishra, Deputy Secretary, ITE&C Department was re-designated as Special Secretary to Government, ITE&C Department.
Rizwanbasha Shaik, Collector & District Magistrate, Jangaon was transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Jogulamba Gadwal in place of BM Santhosh, who was transferred and posted as Director, Tribal Welfare relieving Sabyasachi Ghosh from FAC of the post.
Prateek Jain, Collector & District Magistrate, Vikarabad was transferred and posted as Narayanpet Collector. Hanamkonda Collector Sneha Shabarish was transferred to Mahabubabad in place of Adwait Kumar Singh. P Katyayani Devi was posted as Joint Managing Director, State Finance Corporation.
G Phaneendra Reddy, Managing Director, Telangana Medical services & Infrastructure Development corporation was transferred and posted as Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Narayanpet relieving Uma Shankar Prasad from FAC of the said post. Chitra Mishra, PO, ITDA, Eturunagaram was transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar in place of Pamela Satpathy.
Garima Agrawal, Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Rajanna Sircilla was transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Rajanna Sircilla.
Deepak Tewari, Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Kumram Bheem Asifabad was transferred and posted as Collector Vikarabad.
Pratima Singh, Additional Collector (Local Bodies) Rangareddy was posted as Collector & District Magistrate, Medak. Ankit, Additional Collector (Local Bodies), Nizamabad was posted as Collector of Bhadradri Kothagudem.
Chahat Bajpai, Municipal Commissioner, Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC), Warangal was posted as Collector Hanamkonda and also given FAC of the post of GWMC Municipal Commissioner. Khushboo Gupta, PO, ITDA, Utnoor was posted as Collector Mahabubnagar.
