Massive cycle rally held in Hanamkonda to mark Police Commemoration Week
In a show of unity and health awareness, over 1,000 cyclists participated in a rally in Hanamkonda led by Warangal Commissioner of Police, Sunpreet Singh. The rally, marking Police Commemoration Week, saw enthusiastic participation from youth, children, and police personnel. The event aimed to promote cycling for better health and to honour fallen police martyrs.

Hanamkonda: Over 1,000 cyclists joined Warangal Commissioner of Police Sunpreet Singh in a massive cycle rally organised here on Wednesday, marking Police Commemoration Week.
Youth, students, children, elderly and police personnel enthusiastically participated in the rally besides Greater Warangal Municipal Commissioner, Chahat Bajpai, NDPCL CMD K Varun Reddy and East Zone DCP Ankit Kumar. Additional DCPs Ravi and Suresh Kumar flagged off the rally.
Later, certificates were given to the cyclists who participated in the cycle rally. Speaking on the occasion the CP said that by cycling every day, one could be healthier and perform their duties with enthusiasm throughout the day.
Singh said everyone should try to allocate a little time for cycling and health problems would go away. He thanked everyone who participated in the rally organised in memory of the police martyrs.
Additional DCPs Srinivas, Prabhakar, Bala Swamy, ASP Shubham, ACPs Jithender Reddy, Narasimha Rao, Ananthaiah, Nagaiah, Satyanarayana, inspectors, RIs, AJ Pedals management, Tricity Cycle Riders, members of Public Gardens Walkers Association and NITW students joined the cycle rally.
