MBBS Exit notification from Telangana Health University
KNRUHS has allowed MBBS students admitted under the competent authority quota to leave their course without any penalty until 3 PM on October 8, 2025. After this deadline, a penalty will apply. Discontinued students can’t attend future counseling rounds
Hyderabad: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) on Tuesday issued a notification for free exit in MBBS course for candidates admitted under competent authority quota for the academic year 2025-26.
Accordingly, all the candidates admitted up to second phase of counseling under competent authority quota for the academic year 2025-26 into MBBS course in KNRUHS-affiliated medical colleges are hereby informed that the last date for free exit is up to 3 pm on October 8, 2025, the notification said.
Candidates are permitted to discontinue from the admitted course on application to the Principal for discontinuation from the course without penalty. However, candidates are informed that they will not be eligible for further rounds of counseling under Competent Authority Quota for MBBS course once they discontinue the course.
The candidates are also informed that penalty clause shall be applicable for discontinuation after 3 pm on October 8. Principals of medical colleges are informed to return all the original certificates and the entire fee paid by the candidates immediately and to upload the data to the admission portal by 3.30 pm on October 8, 2025. Candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the seat after 3 pm on October 8, 2025, the notification added.
