Hyderabad: Medak defeated Mahabubnagar 2-0 in the 12th Telangana Sub-Junior Girls Football Championship at the Nizamabad Police Grounds on Sunday.
Vasavi and E Akshara scored the goals.
In another match, Ranga Reddy notched up a 3-0 win over Adilabad, with M Druthi scoring a hat-trick.
