Hyderabad: The Director of Medical Education (DME), Dr K Ramesh Reddy directed all the final-year MBBS students, who had appeared for practical and theory exams in April 2021 under Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), to report back to their respective teaching hospitals and join duty. The move is aimed at addressing the urgent need of medical personnel during the Covid pandemic. Once the exam results are announced, the MBBS final-year students can continue to work as House Surgeons and stipend will be paid from the day they formally join, DME in his orders said.
