Medicover Hospital hosts bike rally to mark World Heart Day

To mark World Heart Day, Medicover Hospitals held a bike rally from Hitec City to Kokapet on Sunday. The event aimed to spread awareness about heart health. A special check-up package for Rs 999 was also announced by the hospital

Hyderabad: To mark World Heart Day, which falls on Monday, September 29, a special bike rally from Medicover Hospital, Hitec City, to Neopolis, Kokapet, was organised on Sunday.

The bike rally event, which was organised by Medicover Hospital, was inaugurated by Madhapur Division ACP Traffic, K Chandrasekhar Reddy, in the presence of senior doctors and hospital management, including Dr Sharath Reddy, ED, Medicover Hospitals.


Speaking on the occasion, Dr Sharath Reddy said, “Heart diseases are rapidly increasing in today’s society. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and periodic health check-ups are essential to keep the heart healthy. The primary objective of this bike rally is to create awareness among people about cardiovascular diseases.”

On the occasion, Medicover Hospitals announced a special health check-up package at Rs 999, which will include tests such as ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, Lipid Profile, Creatinine, RBS (Random Blood Sugar), and consultation with a cardiologist.
