Mega land auction by HMDA in Hyderabad today
The e-auction is being done by MSTC Limited, a Central Public Sector Enterprise offering e-commerce services.
Hyderabad: The biggest land auction by the State government will be held in the city on Thursday. The plots are being auctioned by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) on behalf of the State government.
Around 60 bidders are expected to participate in the e-auction. The participants are likely include builders, developers and corporates.
The e-auction is being done by MSTC Limited, a Central Public Sector Enterprise offering e-commerce services. HMDA officials said that before noon from 9 am to 12 noon four plots will be auctioned- plot number 1, 2, 3 and 12.
All these plots in Neopolis are located near the IT corridor as well as the Outer Ring Road. The bidders who were provided with credentials started bidding post 9 am and HMDA officials were monitoring the process from their office located in Ameerpet.
