Hyderabad: South Central Railways’ S Meghana hit 102 runs as India D defeated India B by 46 runs in the Senior Women’s Cricket Challenger Trophy one day match in Vijayawada on Sunday.
Asked to bat first, Meghana hit a fine century in 86 balls with the help of 13 boundaries and two sixes to guide India D to 230 in 48.5 overs. Later, Pooja Vastrakar scalped three wickets while Keerthy K James and Kanika Ahuja took two wickets each to restrict India B to 184 in 50 overs.
