Mercury levels drop in Telangana’s Adilabad district, shivers at 7 degrees Celsius

Arli (T) village of Bheempur mandal and Jainad mandal centre recorded the minimum temperature of 7.2 degrees Celsius each

Adilabad: Mercury levels in the district continued to drop with Bela mandal centre with the minimum temperature recorded being 7 degrees Celsius on Thursday.

Arli (T) village of Bheempur mandal and Jainad mandal centre recorded the minimum temperature of 7.2 degrees Celsius each. Minimum temperatures in Boath, Bazarhathnoor, Mavala, Adilabad Urban mandals and hilly areas of the district hovered around 8 degrees C. Thalamadugu, Gadiguda and Indervelli mandals experienced the minimum temperature of over 9 degrees Celsius.


Meanwhile, Sirpur (U) mandal in Kumram Bheem Asifabad district registered the minimum temperature of 7.3 degrees Celsius, while Tiryani mandal and Kerameri madnals had the minimum temperature of 8.6 degrees Celsius and 8.8 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Pembi mandals of Nirmal district saw the minimum temperature of 8.3 degrees Celsius, while Sarangapur mandal experienced the minimum temperature of 8.8 degrees Celsius.
