Midfielder Abhijith joins Sreenidi Deccan FC

Sreenidi Deccan FC has signed midfielder Abhijith K ahead of the 2025–26 season. The former Gokulam Kerala FC player brings experience and attacking flair, with 51 senior appearances across competitions

Hyderabad: Sreenidi Deccan FC has announced the signing of midfielder Abhijith K for the upcoming season.

The midfielder previously represented I-League side Gokulam Kerala FC in the past four editions of the league.

Abhijith commenced his career with the Kerala Blasters FC Reserves, where he spent two seasons and featured in the I-League Second Division before joining Gokulam Kerala ahead of the 2021–22 season. In his debut I-League season, he helped the Malabar club to victory in the 2021–22 I-League campaign. He then spent the next three seasons with Gokulam Kerala FC before joining the Deccan Warriors ahead of the 2025–26 season.

The 27-year-old Abhijith emerged victorious in his debut season with Gokulam Kerala FC and subsequently participated in a total of 51 matches across the I-League, Durand Cup, and Super Cup.

The midfielder, renowned for his attacking prowess, has collectively scored five goals and provided four assists in his senior career.
