Missing woman found dead under suspicious circumstances
A 38-year-old panchayat worker, Jogu Sangeetha, who had gone missing four days ago, was found dead under suspicious circumstances on the outskirts of Degulvadi village in Sangareddy district. Police registered a case and shifted the body for postmortem examination
Sangareddy: Jogu Sangeetha (38), who left her home four days ago, was found dead under suspicious circumstances at Degulvadi village on Friday.
She was working as a panchayat worker in the village. She had left her home on May 26 to collect firewood on the village outskirts.
As she did not return home by evening, her husband Vijay Kumar filed a missing case. Some villagers found her body on the village outskirts on Friday.
The police registered a case and shifted the body to the government hospital in Narayankhed for postmortem.
