MLRIT celebrates 22nd Orientation Day for BTech batch 2026-2030
MLRIT, Dundigal, organised its 22nd Orientation Day for the 2026-2030 BTech batch, introducing students and parents to academic regulations, campus opportunities and student support while encouraging innovation, skill development and career preparedness.

Hyderabad: Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology (MLRIT), Dundigal, celebrated its 22nd Orientation Day with enthusiasm, welcoming newly admitted first-year BTech students of the 2026-2030 batch across all engineering branches.
The orientation programme was organised to familiarise students and their parents with the institution’s academic regulations, teaching-learning practices, campus recruitment opportunities, student support systems and the importance of discipline in achieving academic and professional excellence, a press release said on Monday.
Addressing the gathering, Founder Secretary of MLRIT and Malkajgiri MLA Marri Rajasekhar Reddy congratulated the newly admitted students and welcomed them to MLRIT. He advised students to stay abreast of emerging technologies. He noted that leading multinational companies such as Microsoft, Virtusa, Cognizant, HCLTech and Infosys regularly recruit MLRIT graduates.
Speaking on the occasion, Secretary Anu Shreya Reddy reaffirmed MLRIT’s commitment to nurturing students by promoting academic excellence, skill development, innovation, leadership and overall personality development. Addressing the students, Chairman Marri Laxman Reddy advised them to prioritise health and physical fitness alongside academics.
The programme was attended by Professor T Kishan Kumar Reddy, Vice Chancellor of JNTUH, Ch Ramu, Senior Manager, IC Design, Silicon Labs, faculty members, senior students and family members of the freshers.
