Adilabad: Model village Mukhra (K) Sarpanch Gadge Meenakshi and her husband Subhash were forced to become beneficiaries of national rural employment guarantee scheme, following delay in clearing of the pending bills by the State government.

They said that they were reeling under a severe financial crisis due to inordinate delay in payment of bills with regard to various developmental activities by the government.
