Mortal remains of CRPF jawan killed in Bijapur reach Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The mortal remains of Constable Sakhamuri Murali Krishna of the 210 CoBRA Battalion, the elite Anti-Naxalite Force of CRPF, who was killed in an encounter with naxals in Bijapur of Chhattisgarh reached the Hyderabad Airport late last night.

Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar paid tributes to Murali Krishna in the presence of CRPF Officers and State Police Officials.


Sajjanar, conveying his condolences to the officer’s family, said arrangements were made by the authorities concerned for the family to travel to his native place. The body was transported to his native place in Guntur of Andhra Pradesh, where the final rites would be performed.

Ranga Reddy District Deputy Collector Prateek Jain and senior CRPF officials were present.
