Hyderabad: Motorola, which has been looking to make its presence felt in the tablet space since 2012, is again trying its luck in this space. First reported by 91mobiles, Motorola is launching the Moto Tab 8 tablet in India in the upcoming Flipkart Big Billion Day Sale next month. As per the website, the tablet will be a rebranded Lenovo Tab M8 FHD that is already available in the country.
As per reports, the tablet might be available for less than Rs 20,000 and the hardware details and features will be the same as Lenovo Tab M8 FHD – which is the parent company of Motorola. The Moto Tab 8 will sport an 8-inch screen with support for FHD (1,200 x 1,920 pixels) resolution and will have storage options of 32 GB and 64 GB. It will feature a 13 MP camera and a 5MP shooter on the front. Although Lenovo Tab M8 FHD sported an Android 9, the Moto Tab 8 may have Android 11 on board.
It should be cautioned that Motorola has not made any official announcement on this regard yet and the information is based on rumours and tipsters.
