MPLADS funds used for road project in Aswaraopalli

A Rs 37 lakh CC road was laid and inaugurated in Aswaraopalli village of Jangaon district. The project was supported by Kaladhar Rao and executed with the efforts of Rajya Sabha Member KR Suresh Reddy using MPLADS funds

Jangaon: A Rs 37 lakh CC road has been laid and inaugurated in Aswaraopalli village here.

The much-needed road for the village became a reality with the support of Kaladhar Rao, Chairman of the Potlapalli Kamala Manohar Rao Foundation, and through the efforts of Rajya Sabha Member KR Suresh Reddy.


According to the Foundation members, the inauguration ceremony was presided over by Sarpanch Ponnaganti Chaitanya Raju and attended by the Deputy Sarpanch, ward members, local leaders, villagers and Foundation Chairman Kaladhar Rao. Speaking on the occasion, Kaladhar Rao reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to rural development in line with the ideals of late Potlapalli Kamala Manohar Rao.

The new road will significantly improve connectivity and daily life for the villagers, he said, expressing the Foundation’s gratitude to Suresh Reddy for his support in bringing the project to fruition with assistance from his MPLADS funds.
