JITO Hyderabad ladies wing (JLW Hyderabad), known for their innovative and service-related activities have come up with a new programme which is bound to useful for all women. “Mummy Ki Paathshala” is a finishing school for young girls and women of all ages and is the brainchild and dream project of JLW chairperson Sarla Bhutoria.

The courses hosted on Mummy Ki Paathshala are spread across various disciplines and divided into eight semesters. The course also includes interesting activities like personality development, leadership training, mastering social and business etiquette followed by doit- yourself exercises.

Women will also get to learn self-defense, legal awareness, and first-aid training. “We concentrate on the overall individual development of a woman where she can become confident and independent. This is a certified one year programme with classes being conducted twice a week,” says Tina Shah, secretary JLW Hyderabad.

She adds, “Anybody between the age group of 21-35 years can enroll themselves. Since the classes are virtual, women pan India can also take up this course.” Speakers from pan India will be invited to conduct the workshops. In order to ensure that the best quality content is produced and delivered, national level faculties will also be appointed.

If one wishes to take part in this particular programme in universities, the cost of the course is Rs 3 lakh. “But to make it available to every woman, we brought down the course fee to Rs 25, 000, ” says Tina, who wishes to make every woman a self-sufficient and an all-rounder personality.
