Hyderabad: Dr Mohan Atluri, who is the dentist to many movie actors has set up a state-of-the art digital dentistry clinic in an area of 6,000 sft at Filmnagar. It was inaugurated by Tollywood couple Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni.

Speaking on the occasion, Nagarjuna said, “Dr Mohan Atluri is the dentist behind my smile. As a 10-year-old, when we were living in Begumpet, I used to visit his father, Dr AS Narayana’s clinic at Sultan Bazar, on my bicycle.”

The facility is equipped with computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing unit that aid professionals performing complex dental procedures faster, more efficiently, and more accurately, a press release said.

Sai Dental Clinic offers single-visit crown treatment and also have clear aligners for orthodontics which help straighten teeth just like braces which are custom made for each patient through a digital scan.

“Digital dentistry is the future of dentistry,” said Dr Atluri, adding, “It is more precise, efficient and less painful. It is a win-win for doctors and patients.”
