Nalgonda collector finds no staff member in primary health centre during surprise check, terminates services

The Nalgonda collector on a surprise visit was herself surprised to find no staffers of the PHC present. She terminates services of contract employees and suspends the regular employees on the spot

Nalgonda: District Collector Ila Tripathi was in for a surprise when she found that none of the staff working in primay health centre in Gurrampodu village turned up for duty on Wednesday.

Enraged over the unathorised absence of employees, she issued orders terminating services of all contract employees and suspended the regular employees.
The collector carried out a surprise visit to the primary health centre and was aghast to notice that none of the staff was present. The community health officer and other staffers too did not turn up.


The collector terminated the services of pharmacist Shyam, Lab technician Sandhya, data entry perator Madhavi, attenders Srinivas, Arun Jyothi and Ellamma. The regular empoyees like Attender Laxminagaryana, pharmacist Bhagyamma were placed under suspension.
