Nalgonda: Returning Officer of Nalgonda Local Authorities Constituency elections Prashant Jeevan Patil on Wednesday informed that nominations of eight candidates were found to be correct during scrutiny while nominations of three candidates were rejected on Wednesday. He said the papers were scrutinised at the district collectorate in the presence of representatives of the candidates. He said 11 candidates filed their nominations for Nalgonda LAC elections.
Nominations of independent candidates – Badugula Ravinder, Dachepally Nageshwar rao and Paduri Govardhan have been rejected due to different reasons. The nominations of TRS candidate Mankena Koti Reddy and independent candidates Kasarla Venkateshwarlu, Arpula Srisaliam, Tandu Saidulu, Dr K Nagesh, Bejjam Saidulu, Ram Singh Korra and Vanguri Laxmaiah were accepted by the RO.
