Hyderabad: Do you know Natural Star Nani had a sweet memory with Shiva Parvathi theatre in Kukatpally? Soon after the fire broke out in the single screen theatre abutting the national highway, celebs and actors expressed their sadness on social media over the mishap.

Nani took to his Twitter account and wrote that he had sweet memories watching Mahesh Babu’s film ‘Takkari Donga’ on the first day, way back in 2002. “Sad to hear about the fire accident at Shiva Parvathi theatre. I remember watching Takkari Donga there on the first day in mad euphoria. Glad to know that no one is hurt(sic),” he wrote.

The decors and cushion seatings inside Shiva Parvathi were destroyed after a fire broke out in the early hours of Monday morning. It is learnt that the reason behind the fire must have been due to a short circuit. One of the popular movie screens in the vicinity, Shiva Parvathi used to be hailed as a big screen theatre with a good sound system. Back in the past, the theatre turned out to be the lucky charm for Akinneni family.
