Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Natco Pharma reported a dip in its net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 to Rs 65.1 crore as against Rs 203.90 crore in the same period last fiscal.

The company registered a Rs 415.2 crore consolidated revenue during the quarter under review as against Rs 827.9 crore in the second quarter of 2020-21.

The decline in revenue and profits compared to last year’s quarter is primarily due to a one-off contribution in prior period earnings. The company is poised for growth during the latter half of this financial year and confident of a strong rebound in business, Natco said.
