Nearly 80,000 JNTU-Hyderabad students to graduate at XIV convocation

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University–Hyderabad will award degrees to 79,505 students at its XIV convocation on February 7, 2026. The University has extended the online application deadline to January 20 for eligible candidates wishing to receive their original degrees.

Hyderabad: A staggering 79,505 students, including 64,641 BTech students, are set to graduate during the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) – Hyderabad XIV convocation ceremony scheduled for February 7, 2026.

A total of 5,747 MBA, 5,379 BPharmcy, 1,289 MPharmacy, 1,199 MTech and 57 PhD students are also eligible for award of degrees.


Meanwhile, the JNTU-Hyderabad has extended the last date for submission of online application up to January 20, 2026. Eligible candidates who wish to receive their original degree during the convocation ceremony have been advised to apply online.

Further details regarding the convocation programme schedule and venue will be notified separately on the University website, the JNTU-Hyderabad said.
