Nepal national held for cheating in Hyderabad
Arrested person, Arjun Bohra (23) a resident of North Bengaluru in Karnataka and a native of Nepal, allegedly conned one person from the city by assuring supply of Posaconzable 300 mg injection
Hyderabad: A Nepal national who allegedly cheated a Hyderabad man of Rs 1.29 lakh on the pretext of supplying injections was arrested by the Cybercrime police on Wednesday.
The arrested person, Arjun Bohra (23) a resident of North Bengaluru in Karnataka and a native of Nepal, allegedly conned one person from the city by assuring supply of Posaconzable 300 mg injections.
“The victim paid the amount in installments trusting Bohra would supply the injection which was needed for a relative of the victim. After transferring Rs 1.29 lakh when Bohra did not supply the medicine, a complaint was made and case booked,” said KVM Prasad, ACP (Cybercrime) Hyderabad.
On Wednesday, the police arrested Bohra and remanded him.
