New entry rule for drone show in Hyderabad
Only those who registered online will be allowed to attend the drone show at Gachibowli Stadium on Saturday, Telangana Tourism Department said, citing capacity constraints. The event drew overwhelming response, while hot air balloon rides continued elsewhere in the city.

Hyderabad: People who registered online for the grand Drone show scheduled to be held at Gachibowli Stadium here on Saturday will only be allowed to attend the event.
The Telangana Tourism department took this decision keeping in view of the stadium’s capacity. The department, which made elaborate arrangements for the show, said the event received an overwhelming response from Hyderabadis, and all registrations have already been booked.
The department made it clear that no entry will be allowed for unregistered visitors and appealed to people to extend their cooperation. Those who could not register for the show can watch it through the live link, it added.
Meanwhile, the hot air balloon festival continued on Saturday. Nearly 10 balloons that took off from Golconda Golf Club and covered about 13 kms, offering an aerial view of the city. These balloons will be moved to Parade Ground in Secunderabad for tethered rides on Saturday and Sunday evening. Tickets for both the rides have already been sold out via the bookmyshow.
