Tadepalli: Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Monday announced lifting of night curfew in the state in the light of gradual decrease in COVID positive cases.

However, people should wear masks without fail and all shops and establishments should continue to follow all COVID protocols, he said.

The state-wide fever survey should be continued and medical tests should be conducted for those with symptoms of disease. He also urged the officials to complete recruitment in Medical and Health department at the earliest.

Jagan also announced special incentives for specialist doctors and doctors working in tribal areas. The officials informed him that guidelines were prepared to pay them 50 per cent and 30 per cent of the basic pay respectively as incentives.
