Nirmal’s teacher killed, three injured in car-lorry collision in Nizamabad

A 48-year-old government teacher from Nirmal district was killed after the car he was travelling in rammed a stationary lorry on NH 44 near Dichpally in Nizamabad district. Three others travelling with him sustained minor injuries

Nizamabad: A 48-year-old government teacher from Nirmal district was killed on the spot, while three others sustained injuries after a car in which they were travelling rammed into a stationary lorry on the outskirts of Dichpally on Thursday.

Police said that Bhojanna, a resident from Mandad and a teacher at Kanjara village sustained serious injuries after the car crashed into the lorry parked along the NH 44, resulting in his instant death. His three friends also received minor injuries in the mishap and were admitted to a hospital in Dichpally. Their condition was reported to be stable.
