Nizamabad: A village secretary killed in a road accident while he was on his way to Nizamabad from Mallaram on Tuesday afternoon.

Manchikanti Umakanth (50) was working as village secretary at Mallaram village of Nizamabad rural mandal, on Tuesday afternoon, when he was on his way to Nizamabad a gravel truck hit the bike he was riding.

Umakanth died on the spot, Fifth town police registered a case and seized the truck.
