No firing took place: Cops clarify on Tolichowki firing rumours
Two groups clashed at Nizam colony in Tolichowki over a property disputes leading to panic in the area. The police, following a call to the police control room about firing, rushed to the spot and conducted investigation. However, a case of rioting was registered at the local police station following the clash on Saturday night
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad police had put an end to the rumours of firing by a realtor at Tolichowki on Saturday night after checking his weapons and bullets.
“Following speculations of firing during a clash between two realtors Akhtar and Shakeel Khan at Tolichowki, we went and checked the fire arms belonging Akhtar. All the bullets were counted and his fire arm checked. No firing took place,” said G Balakrishna, DI Humayunnagar Police station.
