No transactions in Hyderabad GPO on July 21 due to digital upgrade

Hyderabad: There will be no public transactions at the Hyderabad GPO on July 21 with the Telangana Postal Circle proposing to roll out an upgraded system as part of digital transformative system.
The Postal Department had already switched over to next-generation APT application towards digital excellence and nation-building. A press release on Wednesday said the upgraded system will be implemented in Hyderabad GPO from July 22.
The APT application (2.0) is designed to offer an enhanced user experience, faster service delivery, and a more customer-friendly interface to deliver smarter, efficient, and future-ready postal operations. The customers were requested to plan their visits in advance during this brief interruption.
