NowFloats eyes MSMEs for digitising

Hyderabad: City-based NowFloats, a software-as-a-service company, said it is seeing traction for its Boost360 offering from MSMEs wanting to digitise their operations to stay afloat in the post-Covid scenario.
The do-it-yourself (DIY) capability of the product allows small business owners to integrate digital technologies into their day-to-day operations without the need of any prior expertise, making it easy to adopt, said Nitin Jain, Co-Founder, NowFloats.
“The pandemic has changed the business environment for several companies on how they engage with the customers. Many MSMEs are going digital to stay relevant and we are working to help them,” he said, adding that the company saw three times higher adoption of digital platforms across businesses amidst the pandemic, a press release said.
