One killed, three injured in accident on ORR service road near Patancheru

A speeding car overturned on the ORR service road near Pocharam village under Patancheru police station limits, killing one person and injuring three others.

Sangareddy: Reckless driving claimed one life and left three others injured on the ORR service road near Pocharam village under Patancheru police station limits on Saturday.

According to police, Mohammed Mujeebuddin, 28, a resident of Indresham, was travelling towards Patancheru from Indresham along the ORR service road in a car along with his friends Sheik Aslam, T Chandrashekhar and Manne Nityanandan. Mujeebuddin, who was driving the vehicle, reportedly lost control of the vehicle’s steering when the speeding car rammed into the roadside footpath and overturned, leaving all four occupants seriously injured.

Mujeebuddin died on the spot, while the remaining three sustained serious injuries. Police registered a case and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment.
