Khammam: Palair MLA Kandala Upender Reddy is offering free coaching for job aspirants in view of the State government’s decision to take up a massive recruitment drive. The MLA has planned to organise free coaching classes for graduates and unemployed youth in Palair Assembly constituency through Kandala Foundation as the government was going to issue job notifications to fill up over 80,000 vacancies in various government departments.

Upender Reddy informed that two free coaching centres at Khammam Rural and Kusumanchi mandal headquarters will be set up. The process of registrations for joining the coaching classes started on Monday. The registrations will continue for the next four to five days. Around 1000 candidates are expected to join the coaching classes from across the constituency. A special team has been set up specifically for receiving and processing applications from candidates at the MLA camp office.

‘If the number of candidates exceeds the expected number we are ready to set up more coaching centres. We want the maximum number of unemployed youth to benefit from the free coaching and secure jobs’, the MLA said. He urged unemployed young women and men to take advantage of the opportunity. Those attending the coaching classes will be served lunch and free study material will also be provided to them, Upender Reddy informed.

Experienced faculty will train the candidates from 9.30am to 5pm for 60 days. The foundation will also extend support to the candidates selected in the prelims to prepare for the mains exam, the MLA noted. A wide publicity campaign is being carried out across the constituency asking the candidates interested to join the free coaching classes to submit applications at the camp office along with their Aadhaar card and two passport size photos, he added.
