Pallavi Model School: Badminton players guide young sports enthusiasts
The international badminton players gave tips to students on how to excel in the game and other aspects of fitness.
Pallavi Model School, Bowenpally organised a webinar on the importance of sports to encourage students to involve in sports activities rigorously. Guests for the events were international Badminton players and Arjuna Awardees B Sumeeth Reddy and N Sikki Reddy. Principal Shailaja Reddy welcomed the guests and audience of the virtual event.
Speaking on the occasion, school chairman M Komariah listed out the achievements of the young guests in Badminton and urged students and sports enthusiasts to draw inspiration from the players.
The international badminton players gave tips to students on how to excel in the game and other aspects of fitness. The badminton professional couple gave an in-depth view on the importance of exercise, patience, perseverance, determination and never say die attitude.
Sports enthusiasts from the school smashed a barrage of questions at the guests who responded to every question ranging from the age they started the game, concentration mantra to exercise regime among other aspects. Children loved the session and termed it to be informative and fun-filled.
