The pre-primary students of Pallavi Model School, Alwal, celebrated ‘Red Colour Day’ on June 26. The celebration was a wonderful learning activity that helped children to understand the concept of primary colours.

To mark this day special, students and the teachers were dressed up in red colour clothes. They all decorated their virtual classes with red objects. The children actively participated in the ‘Show and Tell’ activity. Each one of them got an opportunity to speak about their favourite red colour object. Teachers narrated a story and sang songs about the colour.

Principal Sunir Nagi interacted with the kids and told them about the importance of the colour red in our life. The tiny tots made take away for the day as a ladybug with the help of a paper plate and red colour paper. They enjoyed doing this activity. At the end of the day, they expressed their understanding and observation of the importance of the red colour.
