But when there is darkness within you do you think you can celebrate with delight? In today’s times, we all are required to build resilience and become mentally enriched and prosperous.

1. Be optimistic and look at things with a positive mindset.
2. Try to find happiness in the little things around you.
3. Do not burden yourself if you have anything that keeps bothering your mind, share it with someone you trust.
4. Do things that give you satisfaction and make your day better.
5. Give your mind a break do not overthink and stress your mind.
