We at Pallavi Model School, Alwal, respect and give equal importance to all religions. To teach our tiny tots the values of different cultures, we visited virtually Sarv Dharm Sthal. Children were asked to dress up in traditional attires and cover their heads before we start our virtual journey to the holy places.
They learned different ways to worship God. Teachers showed how to meditate by closing their eyes. Children came to know that every religion have their holy place to worship as Hindus go to a temple, Muslims offer prayers in a mosque, Sikhs visit gurudwara to pray and Christians visit the church.
Although we were connected virtually there was so much peace in the air. To get the divine feel, parents decorated the corner too, for the kids. We all ended our visit with faith, belief and spiritual thought that God exists everywhere.
