Part-time lecturer found dead under suspicious circumstances in Kamareddy

Swapna, a part-time chemistry lecturer, was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a tribal welfare school in Kamareddy. She had returned from writing the TET exam the previous evening. Officials were alerted by staff, and an investigation is underway.

Kamareddy: A part-time chemistry lecturer was found dead under suspicious circumstances at the Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential School and College in Durki village of Kamareddy district on Saturday morning.

The lecturer, Swapna, had been working at the institution for the past three years. According to reports, she had travelled to Kodad on Friday to appear for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) and returned to the college by evening. As she was assigned night duty, she assisted students with their studies before going to sleep in a room on another floor.

On Saturday morning, college staff discovered her body and immediately alerted senior officials, reports said. Further investigation is underway to determine the cause of death.
