Patancheru MLA demands Rs 25 lakh exgratia to deceased

Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy sought Rs 25 lakh ex gratia for families of four persons killed in a road accident near Vikarabad and Rs 10 lakh compensation for the injured. He also provided Rs 2 lakh for immediate medical expenses

Sangareddy: Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy has demanded that the State government announce an ex gratia of Rs 25 lakh for the families of the four persons who died in a road accident near Vikarabad on Monday. He also demanded Rs 10 lakh compensation for those who were injured.

As all the victims of the road accident were residents of Patancheru, the MLA rushed to Vikarabad and visited the injured, who were undergoing treatment at a private hospital. Mahipal Reddy paid Rs 2 lakh from his own pocket at the hospital to meet the immediate medical expenses of the injured.
