The orders were issued against Sagar Singh (27), Thakur Ashish Singh (24) and Adarsh Singh (27) all residents of Mangalhat. The trio was arrested by the police for ganja peddling. The orders were served on them at Central Prison Chanchalguda were they are lodged.
