Peddapalli: Assistant Sub-Inspector, Atta Anjaiah (58) died after falling from the fourth floor of his apartment on Sunday morning.
According to police, Anjaiah, who is working as ASI with PCR of Ramagundam Police Commissionerate, is staying in an apartment in Sharadhanagar of Godavarikhani town.
In the morning, he went to the fourth floor of the apartment for walking. However, he fell from the top of the building accidentally and received severe injuries.
Alerted family members shifted him to Godavarikhani area hospital where he was declared brought dead by the doctors. Police registered the case and began an investigation.
