Siddipet: District Principal and Sessions Judge and Chairperson of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), K Sai Ramadevi, called upon people to utilise the National Lok Adalat scheduled on March 28 to settle their cases.

In a press statement issued on Thursday, Sai Ramadevi said compoundable criminal cases, civil cases, cheque bounce cases and Motor Vehicles Act cases could be settled during the Lok Adalat.

She suggested that advocates and police officials take responsibility for convincing both parties in disputes to resolve their cases through the Lok Adalat instead of pursuing prolonged litigation in courts for years.
