As part of the Japanese and Peruvian Food Festival, each night will feature a distinct set menu celebrating the harmony of bold Peruvian flavours and the refined elegance of Japanese cuisine. Diners will experience an eclectic mix of ceviches, sushi rolls, a press release said.
